They are both licensed brokers with extensive experience in the Real Estate and Auction fields. Barbara has been in the Real Estate business for over 20 years. She is also the owner of Sunplaza Country Realty Corp. on Copake Lake (Seth Fallon is also an associate broker with Sunplaza). Seth Fallons family has owned Copake Auction for over 25 years. He has been a licensed real estate broker since 2003 and has been general manager for Copake Auction since 1995.
