Copake Auction Real Estate Services Inc. is a Columbia County New York based company founded in 2007 by Seth Fallon and Barbara Rindler. They are both licensed brokers with extensive experience in the Real Estate and Auction fields. Barbara has been in the Real Estate business for over 20 years. She is also the owner of Sunplaza Country Realty Corp. on Copake Lake (Seth Fallon is also an associate broker with Sunplaza). Seth Fallons family has owned Copake Auction for over 25 years. He has been a licensed real estate broker since 2003 and has been general manager for Copake Auction since 1995.

We feel that the real estate auction business provides an exciting and dynamic way to sell property. The auction process offers an alternate and faster method to traditional real estate sales. Through proper advertising and with realistic expectations we can sell your property quickly. With the auction method you will pay no commission and have a faster closing than the traditional way of selling real estate. That’s why we maintain our motto “Auctions – A Fast Way To Sell”.  Marketing Plan:

Copake Auction Real Estate Inc. will conduct an aggressive and well targeted marketing campaign in order to reach prospective buyers. Our efforts will include but are not limited to the following.

 Direct Mail Campaign
We will direct mail to Realtors and home owners in the area if indeed CARES and client feel its necessary.

Newsprint Advertising
We will target newspapers in the direct area (but not limited to) in order to maximize reaching prospective buyers.

Internet and Web advertising
Your property will be featured on our website and we will do several mass emails leading up to the sale date.

Realtor Participation
Cares encourages Realtors to get involved with the auction process. As an incentive to Real Estate professionals we pay a commission to any Realtor or Broker whose customer or prospect buys and closes on our properties.

Signage
Signs will be posted clearly on the property at least three weeks before auction date. This is an effective form of advertising.

Open Houses
C.A.R.E.S. will host at least two open houses including a Realtor and Broker only open house leading up to the auction date.
